Return & Replacement Policy

We are committed to providing our customers with the best quality products and services. If you face any issue after receiving the product, you can request a return or replacement as per the guidelines mentioned below.

🕒 Return/Replacement Window

  • You must raise a return or replacement request within 24 hours of product delivery.
  • Requests raised after 24 hours will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Eligible Conditions

A return or replacement is only possible if:

  • You received a wrong, damaged, or defective product.
  • The product is completely unused and in its original packaging.
  • You provide photo/video evidence of the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products used or damaged by the customer.
  • Personal care items, innerwear, or customized products.
  • Products purchased under “Sale” or “Final Clearance” categories.

🔁 Replacement Terms

  • If eligible, we will provide a replacement of the same product.
  • Replacement depends on stock availability.

📩 How to Request a Return/Replacement?

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  2. Share clear photos/videos along with a brief description of the issue.
  3. After verification, we will initiate the return or replacement process.
